1)Barang yang telah dijual tidak boleh ditukar atau dikembalikan.KECUALI jika terdapat kesilapan di pihak kami

2) Pihak kami tidak bertanggungjawab sekiranya kehilangan atau kerosakan barang semasa proses penghantaran.. Tapi jangan risau.. tracking number ada, barang akan dibungkus dengan baik.

3) Emailkan Nama, alamat penghantaran, num telefon dan juga Bukti pembayaran kepada pihak kami

4) Harga tidak termasuk postage kecuali diberitahu

5) Bayaran boleh dibuat melalui akaun CIMB atau Maybank Berhad. Number akaun akan diberi melalui email setelah anda mengesahkan barangan yang anda ingin beli.

Return & Refund Policy

All the products in our blogshop is a high quality. We are confident that customers will be satisfied with our products. So, please do choose the right product you want to buy from our blogshop, which could reduce the trouble for both of us. But sometimes, there may be some accident and you need to exchange the goods . Please do keep the package and goods fine if you want to return or have a refund.
If items are in the following condition, you may return the item for an exchange within 3 days after you received it and we also will cover your shipping cost (POS LAJU shipping cost ONLY)
a. Quality issue
b. Damaged during the shipment
c. Sending wrong item

Due to below reasons, return for exchange still can be consider but refund for money is not allowed. You also need to pay all shipping cost during this matter.
1. Not interested any more for the product.
2. Mistake order by customer side.
3. Wrong or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
4. Parcel return due to nobody at home to sign it.

If you have any question, please do feel free to contact us with email. Please tell us the reason for return of refund, and show the picture of the problem to us firstly. We will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

We then will contact you once we get your email. As soon as we received return parcel, we’ll send another brand new item as replacement after inspection.
